The Athens Achieves Foundations Pre-Apprenticeship Programs play a critical role in strengthening the local workforce by preparing young adults for high-demand careers in the skilled trades. Through hands-on instruction and industry-relevant training, participants gain the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to begin a career. The programs started in 2025 with the first cohorts focusing on Manufacturing and Electrical Foundations.Â
